We at GlamorDeal want you to love what you buy. If you are not satisfied, we have made returns easy.

Return Window

You can return most products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Original invoice/bill must be included
• Product should not be damaged by customer

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care items (lotions, oils, diapers once opened)
• Innerwear and swimwear
• Customized/personalized products
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Products marked as non-returnable

Return Process

1. Log into your account and go to Orders
2. Select the order and click "Return Item"
3. Choose reason for return
4. Schedule pickup or self-ship to our address
5. Refund processed after quality check

Return Shipping

• Pickup: Free pickup from your address (metro cities)
• Self-Ship: Ship to our warehouse, we reimburse up to ???100

Exchange

Want a different size or color? Choose exchange option during return request. Subject to availability.
