Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

After Shipping: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or return the product.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are available for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong product delivered
• Product not as described
• Unused products in original packaging (within 7 days)

Non-Refundable Items:

• Personal care items once opened
• Customized products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable

Refund Timeline

• Refund initiated within 3-5 business days of receiving returned item
• Amount credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days
• For COD orders, refund via bank transfer within 10-14 business days
